Erind achieved a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Mohawk College and continued on to complete a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies at Brock University. He spent 10 years at Columbia International College, teaching students and leading as a senior advisor in the Athletics department. During this time, he began investing in residential properties around colleges and universities, and learning the operations and economics of developing income properties. This enterprise continued to grow and resulted in Erind launching EH Property Management, which further developed his expertise in construction, renovations, investing, producing positive cash flow, and all elements of real estate transactions. 

As a real estate sales representative, Erind is uniquely able to assess all facets of a property and how it can be best utilized. He has extensive experience with the pre-development purchase process, as well as the resale market. He works with the Homeview Realty Inc. brokerage to execute transactions. Erind continues to develop his own portfolio and keep his clients closely connected to opportunities.
